Our confectionary specialties are handcrafted by our pastry chefs, using only selected and high quality raw materials, treasuring the oldest recipes that local tradition has handed down from generation to generation. This is how our products were born: shortcrust pastry and almond biscuits, specialties filled with creams of different flavours, and a savory line. All product lines are available both in retail (170gr tray) and in Ho.re.Ca. (1.5kg box).
