Fumaiolo is an italian food company based in Romagna. We produce fresh frozen pasta, piadina and tortelli sulla lastra (a typical dish of Alta Valle del Savio). Research into raw materials, craftsmanship and love for the territory have characterized our activity since it was founded in 1985. Currently the company collaborates with various brands of the GDO, HORECA and Door to Door channels with the aim of guaranteeing high-quality products without sacrificing authenticity and taste.
