The Clemì soft drink contains 20% juice and is gluten-free, colourant-free and preservative-free. For the Horeca market, concentrated clementine and bergamot juice was created, in 7 kg cans or 1 kg bottles, used to make granitas, sorbets, ice creams, drinks and cocktails. The Clemì Glaze was born from the concentrated juice, in the flavours: clementines, bergamot, red onion and chilli pepper. Ideal for enhancing the taste and flavor of dishes (appetizers, first courses, second courses, cheeses, desserts, pizzas, pinse) and to give them a creative touch.
