The business was born in 1981 thanks to the will and experience acquired over time by Giovanni La Vecchia. He, together with his brother, even before opening the business, prepared Pampanella for village festivals. Then, in 1981, he decided to open the shop: "Pampanella La Vecchia". Now his son Giuseppe La Vecchia is running the business, who, as a child, tried his hand at preparing Pampanella and has now become his profession. An explosion of flavours. Pampanella is the result of cooking pure pork meat, seasoned with garlic, chilli pepper and salt.
