We produce a wide range of dairy-products for Retail and HoReCa: - Mozzarella Fiordilatte - Pasta Filata cheese: scamorza and provola - Fresh ricotta, enriched with sheep's milk - Salted Ricotta - Primo Sale cheeses: Pecorini Gourmet, with 100% sheep's milk, and Gustose, produced with 3 milks - PDO cheeses: Pecorino Siciliano PDO, produced with raw sheep's milk
