The Berretta oil mill was founded in 1905 in Mirabella Imbaccari, a small town with ancient agricultural traditions. The care for detail is our philosophy and the cornerstone of the entire production process, from the olive harvest in the first week of October to the milling in the following forty-eight hours. The result is a family of products with unique characteristics: the blend, delicate and fruity on the palate, the monocultivar scented with a slight and balanced sensation of spiciness and the organic, with fine organoleptic characteristics.
