"Tùdia since 1964 is a home farm located in the hill of the Madonie area, in the heart of Sicily. The estate covers about 60 ha where sustainable farming practices are used. The local coltivar of “pomodoro siccagno” is produced in open field using a traditional agriculture tecnique without the supply of water and without the use of fertilizers and pesticides. Our brand TUDIA offers a selected range of high-quality products: PASTA TOMATO SAUCE JAM ,MARMALADE CAPONATA AND VEGETARIAN PATE Seasonal vegetables and fruits grown locally are the main ingredients of TUDIA.
