Co-exhibitor of CONSORZIO PIACENZA ALIMENTARE

CO.P.A.P. - Cooperativa Produttori Aglio Piacentino - was established in Monticelli d'Ongina (PC) in 1976 from the union of several farms in the province of Piacenza and operates with the aim of safeguarding and improving the production of the local variety of Aglio Bianco Piacentino. This variety is highly appreciated by growers and consumers in Italy and abroad for its unique properties. The Piacenza area around Monticelli d'Ongina is the only producer in Italy of Aglio Bianco Piacentino, registered in the Register of Varieties under the names of Ottolini Garlic and Serena Garlic.
