A small dairy with a great tradition. The Palormi family has been running the business since 1978 in a structure with over a century of history, now a symbol of genuine products and delicious flavours in Borgonovo, a small hamlet of Monticelli d'Ongina, in the province of Piacenza. You will find high quality cheese production of Grana Padano PDO, Ricotta and the famous CACIO DEL PO, with semi-cooked paste, typical of the Piacenza area.
