Production of organic extra virgin olive oil cold extracted from 100% Italian olives with a supply chain performed completely by the company which does not subcontract and works exclusivel with its own olives. Oil with medium fresh fruity, bitter, not very spicy, with notes of artichoke. An oil with an intended taste born from a sustainable and environmentally friendly production, it goes perfectly raw with dishes based on vegetables and fish
