CALABRAITTICA specialized in blue fish preserves is the most shining example of craftsmanship and sustainability applied to fishery products. The fishing methods are selective and respectful of the marine balance, as fish comes from the Italian seas, whit typical technique practiced in Southern Italy, using small fishing boats equipped withfloating lamps and purse seines. Craftsmanship is essential for us. It is recognizable by its natural colours: the bright silvery skin that we leave intact, as a sign of freshness and shield of a small layer of fat, rich in Omega 3.
