The Caseificio La Cava (www.caseificiolacava.com) has been a producer of high quality cheeses for over 50 years. Situated in a naturalistic ecosystem because it is located between the Etna Park and the Nebrodi Park, it sources its cheeses from free and non-intensive mountain pastures. The range of our products includes various cheeses from Pecorino and Canestrato cheeses, simple or enriched with flavourings, to pasta filate such as fresh and seasoned Provole, finishing with Ricotta and its variants.
