Raw material selection
The careful selection of raw materials of the highest
quality and authenticity are the traits that characterize
every products of Dalla Val bakery. For over 10 years
is produced a product called “CroccainBocca”, with
the flour “0” type from a unique quality of wheat
“il Bologna” and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil of
Garda lake area.
