Cucina di Carnia is an artisan laboratory specialized in the production of a typical Friulian dish a soft pie based on potatoes and cheeses, the Frico.
Our production is created looking at maintaining the traditional flavor without altering it, by looking at the rigorous natural conservation of the ingredients and at the quality using innovative process for the creation of the final product. We gives particular attention to research and creativity, in the proposal of new solutions and in the rediscovery and perfectioning of ancient traditions.
