Relanghe is a Piedmont company specialized in the production of semi-finished and finished products based on Hazelnut Piedmont PGI.
We follow the raw material from the field through the processes of shelling, sorting, roasting, grinding (paste), pressing (oil), graining and grinding (flour).
We are artisan producers of nougat, chocolate truffles and pralines and we collaborate with the chef Enrico Crippa (Piazza Duomo Restaurant ***) for the production of Hazelnut Cake and Creams.
