The new "110BIS" was born from a desire for expansion and from an observation of the market and experience in the confectionery sector of over 45 years. We wanted to focus on an ancient dessert that has undergone few changes because it is already perfect in itself, a dessert that remains the basis for many other more elaborate preparations that require special temperatures and care.
