Capobianco Organic Farm was born from the desire to convey the simplicity and authenticity of Apulian culinary tradition in a modern key. Our organic tomatoes are farmed by us, using the technologies of Precision Farming and through the principles of symbiotic agriculture, and then harvested and transformed by hand according to the tradition.
