The DE ALCHEMIA brewery was born in 2015 in Saracena, in the Pollino National Park, by the brothers Guido and Biagio Gagliardi and their friend Marco Giangreco. The leitmotif of the brewery's production from the very beginning is to create strongly identifying products rooted in the Park territory through the use of local raw materials and the great ease of drinking despite the complexity of the recipes. Here DE ALCHEMIA's research is the right compromise between complexity and ease. DE ALCHEMIA is a short story of colors and mixtures.
