Asprocarne is an Organisation of beef cattle producers that has about 500 associate members who farm over 130.000 animals of both Italian and foreign breeds. The Organisation’s mission is to improve, promote, enhance and market the beef products produced by its associate farmers. This is the case of the Blonde d’Aquitaine, promoted in the three-year promotional campaign called “Blonde d’Aquitaine: European Beef Excellence”, co-supported by France Blonde d’Aquitaine Sélection and co-financed by the EU in the frame of Reg. 1144/2014.
