It was 1947 when in his little cheesemaking business, equipped only with wood-fired boilers, Giovanni Lazzarin, or Nanni as he was known, enthusiastically began making cheese. Run today by Nanni's grandchildren, the company is at the forefront in terms of product quality and technology employed, combining the art of the cheesemaker with modern production techniques. The firm produces and distributes fresh cheeses nationally and internationally, in specialised shops and in hypermarkets and supermarkets of the large-scale retail trade.
