Since 1946 Coppini Arte Olearia produces t.o.p. (Traceability and Origin of the Product) Extra-Virgin Olive Oil for food industries, fine dining and fine food stores. The production areas are in Abruzzo, Apulia and Sicily, where the company has his own presidia and traceability system. In order to affirm the true origin of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in 1988 the project t.o.p. was born. The core part of this project is the Identity Card on the label since 1990, stating Olive Tree Varieties, picking year, picking and extraction systems, sensory features, scent and flavor.
