Assisi Salumi s.r.l. is a family company, founded by the Siena brothers in 1989, which takes care of the production of the raw ham. We produce more than 25000 hams per month equal to 3850 tons, we employ 22 people in 3 production plants, two in Assisi and one in Parma. The mission of Assisi Salumi s.r.l. is to establish solid and lasting business relationships with its customers, guaranteeing product quality and standards and also aiming at constant compliance with food safety regulations.
